Our Policies and Procedures
Raynes Park High School fully recognises its responsibilities for child protection and safeguarding. This policy sets out how the School will deliver these responsibilities. This is an overarching policy and forms part of a suite of documents and policies which relate to the child protection and safeguarding responsibilities of the school.
All staff receive safeguarding training in line with Merton Safeguarding Children’s Partnership. Staff are regularly updated with any newly identified local/national safeguarding issues.
All members of staff are trained in online safety and reporting concerns. All staff and governors have annual Child Protection awareness training, updated by the DSL as appropriate, to maintain their understanding of the signs and indicators of abuse.
